Description:

  JN-HJ350 is a kind of mid-Mn mid-Si mid-F melting-type flux. It appears palm red to light yellow glassy particals with the mesh of 8-40(2.5-0.45mm) and 14-40(1.5-0.45mm).

 

  During the course of welding, both alternating-current and direct-current power supply can be adopted.

 

  The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode when used with DC and the welding performance is excellent.

Usage:

 

  It can be used to weld low-alloy steel structure (16Mn, 15MnV, 15MnVN etc) with different welding wires, such as H08MnA(AWS EM12), H10Mn2(AWS A5.17 EH14), H08Mn2Mo etc.

 

  This kind of technology is widely used in ship, boiler, high pressure vessel.           

 

  With fine granularity, this kind of flux can be used for filaments submerged arc welding to weld thin-slab structure.

Cautions:

  1.Impurities on the welding surface must be removed before welding, such as oil stain, moisture, iron rust, etc.

 

  2.The flux must be baked for 2 hours under the temperature of 300-400°c before it is used.
